2.3.4 Community Bonding

Community bonding plays a vital role in the user acquisition strategy. Tools, initiatives and programs will be used for community bonding which are explained below:

  • State-of-the-art helpdesk bot

  • Idea box to give people in the community chances to share their voice and ideas

  • The loyalty program. In this program active people in the community can gain points in order to level up and will be rewarded with prizes. Exact prizes will be confirmed after launch.

  • The use of community moderators, initially in our Telegram chat and later on in our community live chat

  • Beer and games as well as fun voice chats with live Player2Earn gaming and informal chatting.

  • Competitions and give-aways, as explained in sub paragraph 2.3.2
